Itineraries and quotes

Itineraries shown on this website are examples that can be customised. Prices, hotels and inclusions are confirmed only in your personalised written quote, and depend on availability at the time of booking.

Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote in writing and the required payment has been received. Payment schedules and amounts are stated in your quote and confirmation.

Changes by you

If you wish to change a confirmed booking, contact us as early as possible. Changes depend on supplier availability and may involve additional costs, which we will explain before making them.

Changes by suppliers or circumstances

Hotels, airlines and other suppliers may occasionally change arrangements. Weather, road conditions, government restrictions and other events outside our control can also affect plans. We will inform you promptly and help with suitable alternatives.

Travel documents and insurance

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits and health documents required for your trip. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every traveller.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy and in your booking confirmation.

Liability

We act as your travel planner and arrange services provided by independent suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these suppliers, but we will always do our best to help resolve any issue during your trip.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
